Attendance
Our weekly attendance target is 90%
RM's attendance for the week beginning 01/06/2026 was 82%
If we have 100% attendance for the week, we will win an extra playtime!
We must remember to be in school, on time, every day!
We believe good attendance is essential for children to be settled in their routines and access all of the learning opportunities available to them.

Home Reading:

We kindly ask that book bags are brought to school every day and reading books will be changed every Wednesday. We encourage you to spend 5-10 minutes each evening practising your child's phonics flashcards and sharing their reading book. The video below demonstrates the pure phonics sounds.
PE and Soft Play
PE is on a Wednesday.
Soft play is on a Friday.
Trips and WOW Visits
We were so excited to receive a visit from the police this week as part of our topic, 'People Who Help Us'. We had the opportunity to learn about what the police do and how they keep us safe. We were even able to have a look inside a police car and try on some police uniform!
To celebrate World Book Day, we took part in crazy hair day and visited Kensington Library. We had the pleasure of listening to a story read by 'Granny' and even got to meet the Liver Bird!
Stay and Read and Phonics Workshop
Our last stay and read was on 22nd May. Thank you so much to everyone who came!
