This week is Mental Health Awareness Week (18th- 24th May)
Your mental health, as you know, is always extremely important. These unusual times that we are living in, are nothing anybody has ever experienced before and so it is even more important than usual to be kind to your mind. This year the theme is #KindnessMatters Each day I will add a few links to have a look at- quick videos or activities, and you can access our 'PE and wellbeing page' at any time. Look after yourselves, we miss you all very much xx
I know it feels funny but it is still important to relax and enjoy yourself over the next two weeks! You have been working very hard and it's time to slow down. Take time to play games with your family, help with cooking, have a lie in! If you get stuck, there are some ideas of things to do on our Easter Holidays Activities page. Have a lovely break and we will be back learning on Monday 20th April!
