Hello everyone and welcome to RM's class page.
We are so excited to welcome you to our class, where we will make new friends, have exciting experiences and learn and grow together! We are so excited for the year ahead.

Because we had 100% attendance last week, we have won an extra playtime!
We must remember to be in school, on time, every day!
We believe good attendance is essential for children to be settled in their routines and access all of the learning opportunities available to them.

Home Reading:
We kindly ask that book bags are brought to school every day and reading books will be changed every Wednesday. We encourage you to spend 5-10 minutes each evening practising your child's phonics flashcards and sharing their reading book. The video below demonstrates the pure phonics sounds.
PE and Soft Play
PE is on a Wednesday.
Soft play is on a Friday.
Trips and WOW Visits
This term we will be learning about superheroes and people who help us. We will have a WOW visit from some people who help during the Spring 1 term. The date will be confirmed soon.
In the Spring 2 term we will be learning about growing. On 2nd March we will start hatching baby chicks!
Stay and Read and Phonics Workshop
Our next Stay and Read will be on Tuesday 27th January at 9am.
